Introduction The smoking rate among Korean adolescent is increasing. Because of psychological, physical and social growth of adolescent, the Adolescent period is critical time. Since adolescents spend most of their days in school, it is imperative that their health-related value and behaviors are largely influenced by school environment. unhealthy behaviors in an adolescent period have a great effect on adult health. So adolescent health behaviors is important.
